Fish, seafood, fresh vegetables, olive oil, fruit, cold meats... The ingredients, the fresh seasonal produce, are what define our idea of a cuisine that not only feeds the body, but also the soul. The essential, the original, as the mantra of a lively way of understanding gastronomy.

A hotel with H for history.

Its history began in 1930 in a wild, privileged area of Mallorca, surrounded by pine forests and scrubland. A few years later, Nicolau Ma Rubió i Tudurí, a Balearic architect and intellectual, designed a "colony" inspired by popular architecture emulating a fishing village... This is just a small part of the history of our hotel and of Aucanada. When you are here you will be able to discover much more.

From our four cascading pools, our water sports centre, our Spa / Gym area and, of course, our cycling centre with a dedicated shop in the hotel itself, to our yoga sessions and above all, the people who will be taking care of your moments with us, all this has been designed to generate the concept of active wellbeing with the sophistication of a Mediterranean soul.
